The large garden is partially shaded by the typical Mediterranean shrub at the back of the house, while on the front there is a kidney-shaped pool and a large Jacuzzi pool.
From the property, a 5 minute stroll leads to the heart of Porto Rotondo and to the lifestyle that that this village offers, while the nearest beaches are reachable in less than 10 minutes by car.
The owner also owns an 8-meter wooden boat kept at the marina in Porto Rotondo, ideal for daily excursions to discover some of the most beautiful bays of the world. The use of the boat and its skipper is available upon request at extra cost. The service of a fantastic local cook, expert pizza maker using the outside wood-burning oven, is also available at extra cost.
